Myler Kimberwick Forward Tilt Ported Barrel bit has the Myler MB 36 mouth. Myler stainless steel mouthpiece has copper inlay for softening and bit acceptance. This is a Myler LEVEL 2-3 English leverage bit. This solid curved mullen mouthpiece has a 1″ port which allows some room for the tongue but is not high enough to cause palate pressure. The creators of Myler Bits created the Myler Bitting System based on the concept of tongue relief for the horse. The most common traditional bit, the jointed mouthpiece, applies constant pressure by collapsing on the tongue and inhibiting the horse’s ability to swallow. If the horse can’t swallow, he can’t move forward relaxed.
