Peacock Safety Irons are designed for safety with the beginning English rider in mind. Lost wax cast Peacock Safety Irons are perfectly polished. English saddle stirrups are designed with a quick release sturdy rubber band on the outside that comes undone with outside pressure. This means if the rider is falling off, the band releases and the foot easily comes out of the stirrup, preventing the rider from getting caught.

These safety irons are perfect for riders of any age, and come with peacock leather loop, rubber rings, and white rubber pads. Please note – no tack is 100% safe and caution must be used especially with children. In particular, riders should be taught how to properly dismount from the horse to avoid getting caught on a stirrup iron or any other tack.
